Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, eligible items may be returned within 5 days of purchase (or delivery for online orders).

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Items must be in resalable condition.
  • A valid receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used shea butter products
  • Products that have been tampered with
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale, clearance, or final-sale items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or purchase. We may request photos of the product and packaging to assist with your claim.

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

For online orders:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

If your business is in the United States, I would recommend a 14-day return window and a strict “unopened products only” rule for shea butter and skincare products to protect your business from returns of partially used items.
